Mary Anne Aldred
Strategic Advisor, Norton Rose Fullbright
Mary Anne is a seasoned energy lawyer with over 25 years of experience in the energy sector. Prior to retiring in April 2021, Mary Anne was chief operating officer and general counsel at the Ontario Energy Board, where she was responsible for leading all aspects of the organization’s corporate operations, providing legal counsel, energy policy advice, strategic leadership and liaising with government on energy matters.
Mary Anne joined the OEB as general counsel in 2006. In 2015 she was appointed vice-president of strategic policy, assuming the additional responsibilities of strategic policy development and overseeing the establishment of the Registrar’s office. In 2017, Mary Anne was appointed chief operating officer and general counsel.
Prior to joining the OEB, Mary Anne was a lawyer and regulatory affairs advisor for over 12 years with Hydro One and the former Ontario Hydro, where she held the roles of assistant general counsel, regulatory senior legal counsel and director, transmission regulation.
Mary Anne is currently a strategic advisor At Norton Rose Fulbright in its energy regulatory practice. Mary Anne is based in Toronto, where she provides strategic advice to clients in the energy sector in Ontario and sits on the board of directors of the Electrical Safety Authority.

Tracey Bodnarchuk
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Canada Powered by Women
Tracey is the CEO and one of the original founders of Canada Powered by Women. She is a business leader and C-suite executive with more than 20 years of experience, including senior roles with professional services firms Deloitte, KPMG and Norton Rose Fulbright and in technology companies like SAP, J.D. Edwards and Microsoft. She was the CRO at Hopewell Residential and the first-ever Brand Manager at Suncor Energy. Tracey is an alumnus of the Calgary Top 40 Under 40 and an active volunteer who is currently on the board of the Saddledome Foundation and the Alberta Hospice and Palliative Care.

Michele Harradence
Executive Vice President and President, Enbridge Gas
Michele is responsible for the overall leadership and operations of the Enbridge Gas utilities, North America’s largest integrated gas utility platform. Prior to assuming her current role, Michele was the Chief Operations Officer for Enbridge’s Gas Transmission & Midstream business unit, based in Houston, Texas.
Michele has more than 25 years of experience in the energy value creation chain including the upstream, midstream, downstream, retail and oil and gas services sectors.
Michele has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, a law degree from the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Michele is Vice- Chair of the Canadian Gas Association, a Board Member of the American Gas Association and past Chair of the Ontario Energy Association. She was recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Oil and Gas in 2020, and one of the Most Powerful and Influential Women in 2024 by the National Diversity Council (U.S.).

Jodi Katsen
General Manager and Vice President, Indeed
Jodi is the General Manager and Vice President at Indeed, the World’s and Canada’s #1 job matching platform. She is responsible for setting the organization’s vision and go-to-market strategy for Canada and Latin America. She also sits on Indeed Canada’s board. Jodi’s expertise includes a deep understanding of the Canadian job market, workplace trends, and what millions of job seekers and employers need to find the right fit. Jodi has over 25 years of marketing and revenue leadership experience having worked for high-profile brands such as Microsoft, SAP, eBay and The Weather Network. Her responsibilities have spanned the Canadian, US and Latin American markets throughout her career.
Passionate about removing barriers for women in the workplace, Jodi holds an Image Consulting Certificate from George Brown and supports Dress for Success Toronto–an organization dedicated to transitioning women from unemployment to economic independence in the Greater Toronto Area. Based in Toronto (but born and raised in St. Catharines), Jodi holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Brock University.

Jana Mosley
President and Chief Executive Officer, Toronto Hydro
Jana Mosley is an experienced industry leader with over two decades in the energy sector. Ms. Mosley joined Toronto Hydro as President and CEO in August 2024, where she oversees operations and performance of Toronto Hydro Corporation and its affiliates.
Prior to joining Toronto Hydro, Ms. Mosley President, ENMAX Power Corporation and Senior Vice President, ENMAX Power. Ms. Mosley holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba and is a Harvard Business School alum. She is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng), a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D).
Ms. Mosley was named a Calgary Influential Women in Business Awards winner in 2022, was named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women by WXN in 2023. Ms. Mosley is a current board member of the Ontario Energy Association and Electricity Canada.

The Honorable Sam Oosterhoff
Associate Minister of Energy-Intensive Industries
Hon. Sam Oosterhoff has been the Member of Provincial Parliament for Niagara West since 2016. Since 2018, he has served as Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Education, the Minister of Red Tape Reduction and then the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport. In these portfolios, he took leadership on files including anti-sex trafficking in schools, French-language education, rural economic development, and reducing regulatory burdens for businesses.
Sam was first appointed Ontario’s Associate Minister of Energy – Intensive Industries in June 2024 and again in March 2025. Since then, he has been actively meeting with stakeholders across the province to gather insights on securing Ontario’s energy future. Working closely with Ontario’s Minister of Energy and Electrification, Stephen Lecce, he focuses on leveraging the province’s resources, talent, and clean energy advantage to secure reliable, affordable, and clean energy that drives Ontario’s economy, supports manufacturing, and powers good jobs and growth across the province.
Sam lives in his riding of Niagara West with his wife, Keri, and their children, Sullivan and Florence.
Becky Penrice
Executive Vice President, Corporate Services, ATCO Ltd.
Becky Penrice serves as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Services at ATCO Ltd., where she oversees strategic and operational improvement programs, corporate culture evolution, and core business functions including Information Technology, Legal, Supply Chain, Marketing & Communications and Human Resources.
Prior to joining ATCO, Ms. Penrice held a series of Senior Executive positions in the Retail sector across Canada. Ms. Penrice was the Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer and Interim CEO at Sears Canada Inc. leveraging her depth of operational, technology and human resources experience across Canadian Operations. Before that, Ms. Penrice spent several years in senior executive positions at Hudson’s Bay Company across their supply chain & logistics, human resources and marketing functions.
In addition to her significant leadership and operational experience, Ms. Penrice is an enthusiastic volunteer and philanthropic champion. She is the past Chair of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Canada, a Past President of the Sears Canada Charitable Foundation and an ongoing World Vision sponsor.
Ms. Penrice holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government (with Honours) from York University.
Shelley Powell
Senior Vice President, Operational Improvement and Support Services, Suncor
Shelley Powell is Senior Vice President, Operational Improvement & Support Services, responsible for corporate environmental, health & safety, operational risk management, technical & operations support, major capital projects and non-oil sands upstream.
Shelley’s previous senior leadership roles include Senior Vice President – In Situ and Exploration & Production, Senior Vice President, Base Plant, Vice President, Extraction; Vice President, Operational Excellence and Technical Services and Vice President, Commerce City Refinery where she oversaw all of Suncor’s U.S. activities.
Shelley has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Ottawa and two master’s degrees, one in business administration and a master of science degree in finance, both from the University of Michigan.
Stephanie Prior
Energy, Resources & Industrials Strategy & Business Design Leader, Monitor Deloitte
Stephanie Prior is an energy executive with over 25 years of experience as an advisor and executive. She serves Deloitte Canada & Chile’s Sustainability & Climate, and Strategy & Business Design Leader for Energy, Resources and Industrials. Stephanie advises clients across natural resources, power & utilities, agriculture, chemicals, transportation and technology sectors. Prior to becoming a Corporate Strategy Advisor, her roles ranged from leading Corporate Development and Investor Relations for a multi-billion dollar publicly-listed energy company, Investment Banking, leading a successful start-up SAAS company to 85% market share and exploring for gold and diamonds in Canada’s Arctic.
Since becoming a Corporate Strategy Advisor in 2014, Stephanie has advised Asian, European, African, and North American corporate and government clients on corporate and growth strategies and M&A spanning oil & gas, mining & metals and power & utilities. Over her career, she has worked extensively in Western Canada, the US, the UK, Europe, the Nordics, Africa and Asia. Stephanie has negotiated for and/or with counterparties from these regions as well as India, Middle East and South America. She led the design and development of a global Energy Systems model, and leverages data-driven scenario modeling to help advise clients on theirstrategy development and execution. Developing corporate strategies that are resilient and successfully executed, Stephanie also advises clients on their Enterprise Operating Model to ensure Governance, Systems, Processes, People and Culture all work harmoniously to achieve strategic outcomes.
As both an Investment Banker and Corporate Development Leader she has successfully executed multiple transactions valued more than US$7Billion including advising on several large-scale integrations (e.g. ~$70B Nutrien (Agrium-Potash) Corporation merger) and carve outs (e.g. Teck Resources carve out of Elk Valley Resources). Stephanie’s passion is helping clients translate from intention to action by providing practical advice & specialized support. In 2020 the World Energy Council named Stephanie as one of the Top 275 Female Executives and Influencers Globally.
Amber Reimer

Amber Reimer is a distinguished Master Facilitator at the Deloitte Greenhouse, where she applies her extensive expertise to create innovative solutions and transformative experiences for clients. With a robust background in strategic consulting, executive coaching and leadership development, Amber is celebrated for her ability to craft immersive environments that foster collaboration and inspire breakthrough thinking. In her Market Lead role at the Deloitte Greenhouse, she works with diverse teams to tackle complex business challenges, blending insights from behavioral science, data, and design thinking to achieve meaningful results.
Amber holds a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from Pepperdine University, that has equipped her with advanced skills in change management and organizational transformation. This academic background helps her navigate complex organizational structures and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth and innovation and underpins her ability to guide organizations through dynamic changes and development processes with confidence and expertise.
Throughout her career, Amber has gained global experience across multiple industries, including energy, aviation, and consumer sectors. This diverse exposure has given her a deep understanding of different market environments and business challenges, allowing her to develop solutions that are both innovative and practical. Sue Riddell Rose
President and Chief Executive Officer, Rubellite Energy
Sue Riddell Rose is President and Chief Executive Officer of Rubellite Energy. She began her career as a geological engineer with Shell Canada and has over 35 years of experience in the Canadian oil and natural gas industry.
She has been a director of Paramount Resources Ltd. since 2000. Sue is also a director of Secure Energy and AltaLink, L.P. Sue is actively involved with several not-for-profit organizations including UNICEF Canada and Canada Powered by Women. Sue is a past Chair of the United Way of Calgary and Area, and Alberta’s Promise.
Paige Schoenfeld
Senior Vice President, Alberta Research Division, Leger
Paige Schoenfeld, based in Calgary, is the Senior VP of Leger’s Alberta Research Division. She’s an experienced researcher with a passion for utilizing qualitative and data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making for a diverse range of clients, including for-profit, non-profit, and government organizations. She also serves as North American representative for ESOMAR, a global member-based research organization that sets ethical standards and guidance for market research worldwide.
